Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–7 business days for other locations. A tracking link is sent via email/SMS once your order ships. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging with tags, and accompanied by the invoice. Earrings and customized/made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
